Russell Blades

Chief Executive Officer

Russ serves as the Chief Executive Officer with the overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the company. Russ brings over 35 years of experience in Energy and Climate Change, having held senior management roles at leading Mining, Utility, Energy Services, Engineering, Technology Companies and Municipal operations. Russ is passionate about reducing the impacts of climate change and making the whole process more transparent and thus created E3 Provenance to help corporations and cities address these critical issues.



Jorge Aizcorbe

Chief Revenue Officer

As part of the corporate development group of WR Grace, the world’s first conglomerate, and after gaining M&A experience, Jorge moved on to private Investment Banking. He has initiated and successfully structured numerous M&A transactions for various entities generating approximately $1b for clients including; Madison Dearborn Partners, The Bechtel Corporation, Scott’s Miracle Grow, The Hunt Companies, and Starbucks Corporation.
As a strong clean energy advocate he started one of the early solar energy companies in Arizona and has built several utility scale projects over the years.
He has over three decades of experience as an entrepreneur. “Bringing great ideas to great people who can execute.“


Glenn Mowat

Chief Operations Officer

Glenn serves as the Chief Operating Officer with the responsibility of overseeing the day to day operations of the company and brings over 34 years experience of senior leadership and well rounded cross industry experience to every interaction and opportunity presented. 

Glenn is extremely passionate as it relates to all aspects of hyper growth! With his unique approach, he has continuously created successful environments that has led to very successful results!

John Riley

Chief Technology Officer

John serves as the Chief Technology Officer with a focus of defining and creating the infrastructure and features of the E3 Provendance applications, services and technology.  In his previous roles, he was responsible to create various technology based products and service offerings, and subsequently go to market strategies. With over 30 years of technical and business experience with various industries and technologies, John brings unique and broad experience to the table. John is passionate about technology and its possibilities, examining trends to understand subtle and disruptive market shifts.


Ahmed Banafa

Ahmed Banafa


Prof. Ahmed Banafa has extensive experience in research, operations and management, with focus on IoT, Blockchain, Cybersecurity and AI. He is a reviewer and a technical contributor for the publication of several technical books. He served as an instructor at well-known universities and colleges, including the Stanford University, University of California, Berkeley; California State University-East Bay; San Jose State University; and University of Massachusetts. He is the recipient of several awards, including Distinguished Tenured Staff Award, Instructor of the year for 4 years in a row, and Certificate of Honor from the City and County of San Francisco. He was named as No.1 tech voice to follow, technology fortune teller and influencer by LinkedIn in 2018 by LinkedIn, his researches featured in many reputable sites and magazines including Forbes, IEEE and MIT Technology Review, and Interviewed by ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC, and Fox TV and Radio stations. He studied Electrical Engineering at Lehigh University, Cybersecurity at Harvard University and Digital Transformation at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is the author of the book “Secure and Smart Internet of Things (IoT) using Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI)”.


Wendell Brown


Wendell Brown is the CEO and co-founder of Averon. He is a prolific innovator whose creative triumphs include building a global VoIP solution (acquired by Microsoft), founding America’s largest online voicemail platform (acquired by AOL), Nularis LED lighting systems, and co-founding Liveops, America’s largest virtual work-at-home call center (honored by the White House in 2010), all of which contribute to the advancement of technology and betterment of society.
He enjoys participating as a speaker, tech judge and advisor in a range of communities including the World Economic Forum, DLD Munich & Tel Aviv, XPRIZE, Burning Man, TED, the MITA Tech Talks and more.
Wendell is a licensed private pilot and active in the development of new airplane and electric vehicle designs. A strong believer in giving back, he’s created scholarships for underprivileged students, and is a proud founding member of the Human Rights Campaign.
In his (rare) spare time, Wendell enjoys international explorations, having visited more than 30 countries as of 2019, and spending quality time at home with his treasured family including beloved Italian greyhound, Magic.
